Submissions

We would also like to thank everyone who submitted work during Valiant Scribe’s 2026 no-fee reading period (February 1 – March 31, 2026). A notification email was sent on 12 May 2026 to all writers whose work was selected for publication during the 2026–2027 cycle.

If you did not receive that email, please consider your submission unsuccessful. However, before giving up hope entirely, we encourage you to check your spam or promotions folders first 😊

Our year-round general call for submissions remains open from January 15 to December 15. Submissions carry a US$5 reading fee, which supports the journal’s core operations, including website hosting, newsletters, and editorial infrastructure.
Submissions that are not accepted will receive brief editorial feedback, intended to offer encouragement and guidance to writers.
